The hotel in general is very well located, the staff is very nice and helpful, the breakfast was great, clean big room. From default to deluxe, there was an upgrade, just like that, from the hotel manager. Again with pleasure

Very impressed with classic double room and superfriendly staff on the reception desk. Feather pillows, comfy bed. Central location, nice comfy base for discovering Bristol. Located walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Well-organised and very peaceful hotel in a lovely elegant style building. Air-conditioned and brand-new rooms with a great view as well as big desk.

Generaly a good choice, good location. Will definately use again, the free parking is a bonus.The waterside offers great entertainment venues, bars, restaurants etc.
